Pricing

One price, per business. Not per person.

Everything you need to run clients and get paid is in the base plan. The event operating system is there when you grow into it.

Starter

Everything to run clients and get paid.

$24/mo

billed yearly

Request an invitation
  • Unlimited clients & projects
  • Proposals, invoices, contracts + e-sign
  • Client portal & calendar
  • Payments to your own Stripe — no markup
  • Concierge answering, on your own account

Premium

The full event operating system.

$92/mo

billed yearly

Request an invitation
  • Everything in Pro
  • Lead Engine over text and email
  • The event OS: BEO, guests, rooming, spaces, staffing
  • Unlimited team & forms
  • Priority support & multiple venues

Prices are per business, not per login. Schedule as many day-of crew as you like — bartenders, servers, and setup staff are assigned to the run sheet and never counted as seats.

Add only the depth you need

The event operating system is sold as modules, because a photographer needs none of it and a venue wants all of it. Included with Premium, or add one at a time.

  • Guest management (RSVP + honest counts)
  • BEO + Run of Show
  • Rooming / lodging
  • Spaces & rental booking
  • Staffing management
  • Floorplan / layout
  • ID / waiver verification
In every plan, including the first

The parts that shouldn't be a tier.

Done for you

Or hand the marketing over entirely.

Two services, priced like services because they're real hours of real work — not a checkbox in a plan.

Social media, managed

from $300/mo

Planned, written, and posted from your own event photography — so the feed keeps working during the season when you have no time to feed it.

SEO & content

from $300/mo

The venue guides, real-wedding features, and local pages that bring couples in without paying per click for them.

Before you decide

Count what you're paying right now.

Most operators are paying four to six subscriptions that don't talk to each other. Tick yours, correct the prices, and see the real number.

Questions

The ones that actually matter.

Do you take a percentage of what my clients pay me?

No. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you and Runshow never sits in the middle of it. You pay Stripe's normal processing rate — we don't add anything on top, and we don't mark it down either; we simply aren't in that transaction.

Will the price go up in a year?

Being repriced is the single most common reason people leave the tools we're replacing, so: if you join at a price, you keep that price for as long as you stay on that plan. If we ever change what a plan includes, you keep the one you bought.

Do I pay for my bar staff and setup crew?

Never. Day-of crew are assigned to the run sheet as people, not logins — schedule five or fifty, it doesn't change your bill. Seats only ever apply to staff who actually log in, and every plan bundles more than most teams use.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It exports to CSV whenever you want, without asking us. Your payment account was always yours. Leaving should cost you an afternoon — if it costs more than that, we've built a trap rather than a product.

Is the Concierge an extra charge?

No. Answering inquiries is part of the plan, not a line item bolted on top. On Starter it runs on your own account; on Pro and Premium we run it for you and there is nothing to connect. Either way it is included in the price on this page.

I already pay for five tools. Is this actually cheaper?

Usually, but work it out rather than take our word for it — the savings calculator lets you tick your actual stack and edit every price. If it comes out cheaper to stay where you are, it'll tell you that.
