This Privacy Policy explains how Runshow, a service of Forge Labs LLC (“Runshow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit runshow.co or join our waitlist. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

We keep data collection to a minimum. Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Information you give us. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and, optionally, your role (venue, planner, caterer, or other) and business name. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include.
• Referral information. If you share your invite link, we record when someone joins through it so we can adjust your place in line.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to keep the site secure and running.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Manage the waitlist and your position in it.
• Contact you about your invitation, respond to your messages, and send occasional product updates related to Runshow.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and communicate with you — for example, our hosting provider and our email delivery provider — and only to the extent needed to perform those services. The site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Runshow is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate.
